Thank you, Signature Pools, Orlando!

Dear Mike, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and the entire team and Signature Pools for making teh pool building process so enjoyable. From my first meeting with Brad, I had a good feeling about him and your company. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and a great listener. He drew a plan that was exactly what I had in mind and he incorporated many of his own ideas that only made the pool better. Most importantly he stayed with the budget I gave him and offered tips and advice as to where I should spend my money to get the most bang for the buck. Once the contract was signed, I had the pleasure of meeting construction manager Joe. Joe was great to deal with and he kept me in the loop with almost daily text and phone calls. Additionally, he always responded to my questions and concerns in a timely and friendly fashion. I suspect I drove him nuts with all of my questions, but Joe never let on and was always a real pro. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how pleased I was that the entire process from dig to final inspection took just five weeks. I will close with a quick story about a close friend of mine who just had a pool built with a competitor. He signed his contract back in May and was told that his pool would be finished in 4-6 weeks. His pool was just completed last week! I enjoyed teasing him with the fact that my Signature Pool was started in July and my kids were swimming before school started.

Hey Signature Pool team, thank you very much for getting my pool ready for Labor Day! I know that you had to really work hard to get this done by our party. Signature Pools, Orlando, did a great job!

Signature Pools did a great job. Truthfully, it looks better than I imagined it during the design phase. I thought Brad had some great ideas, but I didn't know how great the finished product was going to look. I believe they put my pool on their facebook page. Check it out it is gorgeous! I was burned by another pool builder 7 years ago who didn't pay their subcontractors. Signature Pools gave me Lien Releases along the way proving that they pay all the people who they work with. Financial stability, Reputation, Better Business Bureau Rating and Testimonials were my deciding factors....along with price. They were a little less than $2000 higher than another company I had out, but that other company had several complaints with the Better Business Bureau and I didn't get as good of a feeling about them as I did Brad and Signature Pools. I met with the owner Mike and the supervisor Joe and I felt 100 percent comfortable. I hope I never move again, but if I do and I need a pool I will definitely have Signature Pools build it again.
